Description: 

The Partners in Health (PIH) Engage Training Institute is an annual event that brings together leaders from PIH Engage teams across the United States to strengthen their skills in community organizing, advocacy, and fundraising for global health equity. During the Training Institute, participants engage in workshops, keynote sessions, and collaborative activities designed to equip them with the tools necessary to mobilize their local communities effectively. The event features discussions with global health leaders, addressing topics like combating burnout and sustaining hope in the fight for health as a human right. Through these session, attendees build relationships, share strategies, and prepare for the upcoming year's campaigns to advane the right to health worldwide. Most importantly, participants will have the chance to join an in-person congressional legislative meetings!
